I am a mental health therapist (CWSA) and currently work in community mental health services, providing crisis support to children and families in Portland, OR.
I love supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, particularly teens, in navigating neurodivergence, relationships to substances, and any other life-related challenges.
What to expect from me as a therapist:
I work from a strengths-based and empowerment framework. That means: I believe you are the expert in your own life; my job is to collaborate with you to feel empowered.
I believe neurodivergence is a superpower.
NOTE: As a CSWA, I am working towards my LCSW. Once I become fully licensed, you’ll see more information here about how to connect with me for therapy services. The only way to work with me currently is through writing services and consulting.
